Be an Optimist!

Optimism studies from Harvard and other social scientists have revealed that optimistic people enjoy a better quality of life than those that are pessimistic. Optimistic people experience high levels of mental-health and physical health in addition to coping with life’s challenges in a healthy way. How does one become optimistic? The good news is that its our choice.
Here are 3 ways to start becoming an optimist:
1) Spend more time thinking positive thoughts about yourself and others, even if we or they are not perfect.
2) Find the silver lining in every challenging situation and trust that its a chance to grow.
3) Think positively about the future, even if the present is difficult.
