Performance Psychology PhD
Prudhomme Performance Coaching focuses on the development of mental skills that improve human performance, promote progress, and help achieve fulfillment. Understanding human nature, the psychology of performance, and how to program the mind are the keys to success and fulfillment in all areas of life. Developing particular mental skills will lead to peak performance in athletics, academics, careers, relationships, happiness, and more. Mental skills must be learned and repeated until they become habit in the same way that eating healthy and working out regularly can positively transform the human body. Through his performance coaching, Dr. Prudhomme trains his students to think differently, which leads to sustained motivation, emotional well-being, and peak performance in every area of life.
